Sampling and Production Workflow

Approved requirements and samples guide production through inspection and delivery.

The team reviews sketches, original samples or specific requirements and can recommend styles, fit, measurements, fabrics, colors and logo techniques.

  2. 2. Produce and Revise Samples

The sample team develops and revises samples until the style and fit are approved. The stated sample lead time is 7 days.

  3. 3. Confirm Pre-Production Samples

Approved pre-production samples establish the standard for mass production.

  4. 4. Manufacture the Order

Production begins against the confirmed standard, with updates provided throughout manufacturing. The stated bulk-production lead time is 25 days.

  5. 5. Inspect Before Shipment

QA and QC teams inspect the apparel, and customers may send their own QC team or appoint a third party before shipment.

  6. 6. Deliver Worldwide
