Fabrics and Performance

Choose fabrics, colors, patterns and prints according to your performance, comfort and durability requirements. Options include breathable and quick-dry seamless fabrics, four-way-stretch materials, Dri-Fit shirts, cotton T-shirts and recycled swimwear.

Logos, Labels and Packaging

Apply branding through screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery, sublimation, silicon printing, embossing and other suitable techniques. Custom woven labels, care labels, hang tags, barcode stickers, packaging bags and related accessories are also supported.

Sizing and Fit

Develop custom patterns, measurements, size grading and fit from sketches, original samples or detailed requirements. Samples can be revised until the style and fitting are approved; the current MOQ is 100 pieces per style and color.

From Product Idea to Worldwide Delivery

Sales, design, sample, production and QC teams coordinate each private-label program while providing development guidance and production-stage communication.

Share Your Requirements

Provide a catalogue selection, design sketches, an original sample or specific requirements for the product you want to develop.

Confirm Product Details

Review the style, fit, measurements, fabrics, colors and logo techniques with the team before development details are confirmed.

Develop and Revise Samples

The sample team produces custom apparel samples and revises them until the style and fit are approved. The stated sample lead time is 7 days.

Approve the Production Standard

Confirm the required samples so the approved pre-production sample can serve as the standard for mass production.

Begin Mass Production

Production proceeds to the approved standard, with updates provided throughout manufacturing. The stated mass-production time is 25 working days after all required samples are confirmed.

Inspect and Deliver

QA and QC teams inspect raw materials, printing or embroidery, sewing, ironing and packaging under an AQL 2.5 quality standard. Worldwide delivery is available by air, sea and train through logistics partners.
