From Idea to Finished Order

Each program moves from confirmed requirements through sampling, production, inspection and delivery.

1. Share Your Requirements

Provide design sketches, an original sample or details covering style, fit, measurements, fabrics, colors and logos.

2. Develop the Sample

The sample team produces custom apparel samples and revises them until the style and fit are approved. The stated sample lead time is 7 days.

3. Confirm the Standard

The approved pre-production sample becomes the standard for mass production.

4. Begin Bulk Production

Production proceeds after confirmation, with updates provided throughout manufacturing. The stated bulk-production lead time is 25 days.

5. Inspect the Goods

QA and QC teams inspect raw materials, printing or embroidery, sewing, ironing and packaging according to an AQL 2.5 quality standard.

6. Arrange Delivery

Worldwide delivery is available through logistics partners using door-to-door air, sea and train shipping options.

What to Include in Your Project Brief

You may select a design from an existing catalogue or provide design sketches, an original sample and specific requirements. To support an accurate quotation and development process, include your logo artwork, measurements, preferred fabric and colors, accessory artwork, label and packaging requirements, required quantity, size breakdown and delivery needs. The current imported MOQ is 100 pieces per style and color.
